Brief:

Planned preventative maintenance site wide with a static engineer and 24/7 reactive callout service:

  • Mechanical and electrical hard services contract with a daily maintenance attendance to ensure an efficient and proactive approach to the operation of the industrial estate.
  • Resident Engineer on site to allow for a quick effective response to all our client’s needs and allows the site management and co-ordination to be carried out effectively.
  • 24/7 reactive call-out service provision.
  • Soft services and compliance monitoring carried out and managed by Elite Compliance and Facilities Services in partnership with Elite Managed Services
  • The estate is being carefully renovated by the landlords, South Street Capital, into a prestige business hub working with the businesses in the Elite Group, including extensive capital and refurbishment works.
